Mobile Directory

A personnel and service directory app made available to internal staff which provided an interactive mobile environment for employees to quickly access and learn more about cross business line solutions and services. Having this specialized information and quick connection to specific experts at their fingertips helped with the company’s collaboration and efficiency by sharing industry leading knowledge and insights with staff and client teams on the fly.

Built using Adobe’s DPS software (now called Adobe AEM) this app was created as a static tool that included all contacts, data and information within the app itself. This was done to allow field staff and remote workers access to the information without internet connection. Plans to deliver a database version were part of the phase 2 development.

Working with various market sector, client development and technical knowledge teams the creative team handled all parts of planning the app’s goals, navigation, design and development. This private enterprise app was distributed internally within the company using a mobile device manager. Push notifications were utilized to update users of new content.
